Responsibility

• To supervise and be in charge of the procurement activities of the whole factory.
• To make procurement planning.
• To find new suppliers, build, and develop relationships with suppliers.
• To negotiate prices and contract terms with suppliers.
• To evaluate the quality and efficiency of suppliers periodically or as required.
• To coordinate with relevant departments such as production, Import-Export, Accounting, etc… to maintain and ensure the stability of the purchasing process.
• Other jobs are assigned by the Head of the department to support the team

and other departments when necessary.

• Working location: Dong Nai
• Monthly Salary:  11~20M VND

Requirements 

• Gender: Any
• Age: 23 - 35
• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in Technical, Mechanical, Industrial Management
• Languages:  Japanese - Intermediate Level
• Experiences: From 1 to 10 years of working experience as a Procurement Staff in Japanese companies
• Good at office computer.
• Be careful and timely at work.
• Cooperative spirit and high responsibility, trustworthy, teamwork.
• Prefer candidates who have experience in Japanese manufacturing companies
• Prefer candidates who are good at English
