Position: Japanese Speaking - Production Procurement Management Staff - Textile Products

Responsibility

1. Managing delivery term

• Planning schedule for product making - mass production- shipment - release
• Confirm lot number and production capacity before mass production
• On-site confirmation of production progress
• On-site confirmation of shipping status
• Coordinate and report to the head office (Tokyo) regarding the above information

2.Quality control

• Creating predictive and preventive measures for quality problems at the product development stage
• Confirming quality of mass-produced advanced products
• Being responsible for factory inspection instructions
• Guiding production environment inspection and improvement of the factory
• Investigating causes and take corrective measures when problems occur
• Coordinate and report to the head office (Tokyo) regarding the above information
• Working location: 7 Dist, HCMC
• Monthly Salary:  28~36M VND

Requirements 

・Bachelor's degree

・Age: 28~33 years old

・Languages: English and Japanese - Business level

・Experience: Having experience and knowledge of production management or quality control of textile products.

・Good understanding textile products business

・Able to communicate with related parties including foreigners

・Having a strong will to carry out duties and be able to take leadership with a focus on team play role

・Ability to respond flexibly and positively to urgent, unforeseen situations, and inexperienced work

・Having member management skill

・Proficiency with Microsoft office

・Having experience in working for Japanese company

・Can work flexibly with small size company.
