Position: Warehouse Manager - Logistics

Responsibility

• Managing warehouse staff, operation, inventory accuracy, transportation, data control and all warehouse activities and facilities.
• Cooperate with other departments such as sales, IT, HSES, QA, HR, accounting and customer for company.
• Make a quotation of all warehouse service with other team for customer
• Logistics operation
• Assist Deputy general director with below jobs:
• Plan, organize and manage staff to operate the warehouse
• Control inventory record accuracy, on time and in full of warehouse performance
• Keep MHEs and facilities regular maintenance
• Manage and measure staff’s performance
• Manage 3PL and measure their performance.
• Operate comply with HSE-S policy and quality assurance policy
• Ensure warehouse is secure  and protect from losses
• Managing, checking, updating SOP
• HSE-S and QA
• Ensure all logistics activities to be compliant with HSE&S standards
• Develop and implement the HSE-S (Healthy – Safety – Environment -Security) system.
• Conduct HSE-S training to 100% employees
• Do BBS (behaviour based safety) once a month at each warehouse to reinforce staff’s awareness of HSE-S.
• Do tracking and report
• Cost management:
• Drive logistics continuous improvement projects to improve cost and productivity.
• People development
• Provide training and coaching to staffs
• Working location: Long An Province
• Monthly Salary:  23~30M VND

Requirements 

・Age: Over 30 years old

・Gender: Any

・Experience: At least 5 years of experience working in a warehouse management related role

・Education: Bachelor degree in Logistics, supply chain

・Language: English business level

・Knowledge about the operation of warehouse, know- how of warehouse project management

・Experience working as a warehouse manager or working in logistics company (more than 5 years)

・At least 5 years in the position of a warehouse manager or equivalent

・Interpersonal skills

・Training / coaching skills

・In-depth knowledge and extensive experience in WMS (warehouse management system). Able to build and improve WMS systems based on practical experience in warehousing operation.

・IT knowledge and experience required to negotiate with WMS system vendors.

・Project management skills

・Honest, hardworking, willing to learn, active work attitude, communication and reporting
