1. Overall Management: 

Propose, plan, allocate operations, KPIs for each project in the implementation process to achieve the company's goals. Effectively coordinate with other departments. 

2. Implement the main job description of Project Management Dept

a. Manage the project in general

b. Management of construction progress at the site

c. Quality management

d. Safety management

e. Risk Management 

f. Cost management

g. Project Personnel Management

h. Media Management

i. The company's highest representative at the project

3. Search for a project for the company

4. Propose the Policies, set up and improve procedures, regulations, processes, related records

5. Performing other tasks at the request of the Project Manager

• Working location: Nam Tu Liem District, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～30,000,000VND

Requirements

・Age: 30 - 40 (prefer young person from 30-35 years old) 

・Graduated from university of construction engineering major (civil, geology - geotechnics, ...) 

・Good at English communication 

・Experience: 5 years of experience in construction field and at least 3 years of experience at project management position. 

・Understand the technical standards related to the company's products and services

・Other skills / Personalities

 + Making a decision: fast, accurate
