Position: Production Manager (Vietnamese or Expatriate) - Apparel

Responsibility

• Arrange production plan/ machines/ workers in the most efficient way
• Orient, train, manage, supervise and improve workers, and machines to follow available workflow
• Re-correct workers’ mindset and enhance workers’ awareness in terms of quality and discipline to meet the quality of customer’s standard
• Manage to ensure the quality of the finished product
• Ensure health, safety, and environmental actions are implemented
• Manage and coordinate with other departments to achieve common goals
• Working location: Ben Tre

Requirements 

• Gender: Any
• Age: 35 - 50
• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
• Language: English - Business Level
• Experience:

+ Must have at least 10 years of experience in synthetic leather, especially in the coating process.

+ At least 3 years of experience in production manager position
