Position: Japanese Speaking - Assistant - Machine/ Machine parts

Responsibility

Support Japanese director in:

・Japanese interpreting/ translating.

・Support during director's client appointments.

・Support documents in establishing the company.

・Payroll Calculation

・Work with and support the accounting outsource.

・General affairs tasks such purchasing devices, stuffs,... for the office.

・Other related tasks as assigned.

• *No business trips to South, only in Hanoi or surroundings (Hai Phong maximum) if any.
• Working location: Hanoi city. (Detail to be decided)
• Monthly Salary: 700～1,000USD

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor's Degree 

・Gender: Female only

・Age: 24-32 years old (any is ok)

・Language: English conversational and Japanese business (equivalent to N2 & above)

・Experience: Have at least 2 years of working experience in related positions: accountant, interpreter, admin, sales, sales support, sales admin, HR-GA,... in any industry.

・Working experience in Japan, familiar with Japanese working style.

・Experience in start-up companies. Familiar with documents for registration.

・Experience in management

・Can multitasks.

・Can work long term and wants to develop career.
