Responsibility

・Being responsible for managing Back Office department such as HR, GA, Accounting

・Support for all suborders

・Support payroll and social insurance procedures’ task

・Translate documents

・Manage consumables

・Adjust with other department

・Propose idea to improve working environment

・Communicate with recruitment agency to share job description, check CVs, arrange interview and etc. (including update company's home page )

・Payment procedure 

・Manage attendance of employee

・Sort out and keep contracts

• Working location: D3, HCMC
• Monthly Salary:  1000～1470 USD

Requirements 

・Age: Under 35 years old

・Gender: Any

・Education: Bachelor degree

・Language: Japanese - Business level (N2 or above)

・Experience: 

+ Having experience in managing each department of the Back office (Human Resources, General Administration, Accounting) or having knowledge of General Affairs, Accounting and have experience in Human Resources

・Having Management experience more than 2 years

・Experience in managing Back Office department

・Can suggest solutions and options for problems arising

・Can listen and understand in Japanese working environment

・Having experience in IT company

・Good at schedule management

・Can be patient

・Can handle work flexibly

・Know how to organize and keep things tidy
