Responsibility

A chief commercial officer typically has a wide range of responsibilities, which can 

include: 

 Provide management to staff and leadership to the organization that aligns with the 

company’s business plan and overall strategic vision. 

 Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments 

and provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and 

business opportunities. 

 Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective, working 

closely with the COO/BOD and other key executive team members. 

 Ensure that effective internal controls are in place and ensure compliance with 

government laws and rules for financial and tax reporting. 

 Set challenging and realistic goals for growth, performance and profitability. 

 Create effective measurement tools to gauge the efficiency and effectiveness of 

internal and external processes. 

 Ensure compliance with the law and company’s policies. 

 Work closely with senior management team to create, implement and roll out plans for operational processes, internal infrastructures, reporting systems and company policies all designed to foster growth, profitably and efficiencies within the company. 

 Foster strategic partnerships and relationships with clients, vendors, investors and all other professional business relationships. 

 Develop plans for new products or services based on market research and customer feedback. 

 Build relationships with key stakeholders within an organization, including management teams, suppliers, vendors, and other outside partners. 

 Lead the development of commercial strategies to achieve sales goals. 

 Serve as a liaison between marketing departments and other departments within an organization to ensure the delivery of high quality products and services. 

 Develop sales strategies that align with corporate objectives in order to meet revenue goals. 

 Review financial reports and budgets to monitor performance against set objectives. 

 Create a vision for the company’s future direction by identifying new markets, 

products, and services that will boost profits. 

 Create long-term partnerships with suppliers, vendors, and other external parties to ensure smooth operation of business operations. 

 Be responsible for building and maintaining a work culture for the team that drives result orientation and positively energize and challenges team members for high performance. 

 Manage business development team to build and maintain a pipeline of corporate clients, taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages. 

 Be responsible for determining the pricing and revenue projections of several products and effective marketing strategies to optimize returns or investments.

• Monthly Salary:  1900～3400 USD

Requirements 

・Age: 35-50

・Gender: Any

・Education: Bachelor or above degree in Marketing, Business Administration

・Language skills: English - Business Level

・Experience:

+ 10+ years of prior experience in sales / business development in Retail industry must including Fashion 

+ At least 3 years’ experience in manager position 

+ Strong in Digital marketing, Ecommerce & Business Operation
