Responsibility

• Plan, schedule and implement projects
• Define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Manage required tasks, equipment and resources to deliver the project within the allocated timeline
• Ensure project design is met understanding the specification requirements and implementing value added engineering where applicable
• Manage delivery time of project
• Come up with solutions for any problems occur
• Report frequently to clients and managers
• Provision of pricing
• Project documentation
• Budget management
• Working location: Dist. 2, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 850～1900 USD

Requirements 

・Education : Bachelor

・Gender: Any

・Age: 30-40 years old

・Language: English Business Level 

・Having over 7 years experience as site engineer in construction industry

・Have experience as project manager

・Have knowledge both of Mechanics and Electrics.

・Bachelor degree

・Can use Auto CAD, Revit(3D, CAD)

・Working Experience in a Japanese Construction Company is a plus
