Responsibility

Assist General Manager/ Marketing Manager in marketing activities:

• Prepare marketing and sales supports plan to clients and distributors;
• Plan budget; prepare and implement promotion and advertising activities;
• Coordinate with sales team to hold seminars, customer events for distributors...
• Conduct research and analyze data to contribute ideas to marketing campaigns;
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns;
• Maintain regular contact with Clients/ Distributors/ Suppliers by exchanging

information through telephone, fax, e-mail, customers visits and by following-up to ensure problems or claims are solved/ corrected in a timely manner;

• Prepare packaging for the products
• Make ideas on line- up plan and promotion plan for new line-up...
• Keep Management reported by identifying strengths and weaknesses of processes and recommend changes;
• Other tasks assigned by GM and Line Manager.
• Working location: Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City
• Monthly Salary: 652～782 USD

Requirements

• Gender: Female preferred
• Age: 27-34 years old
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience: Over 3 years’ experience in position of marketing of visible products;
• Language: English - Business Level
• Others:
• Able to read, analyze general business documents and to write business

correspondence and procedure manuals in Vietnamese and English.

• Good communication and negotiation skill;
• Able to handle multi-task and work independently as well as good teamwork skills.
• Experienced in MS Office specifically MS Excel, PPT
• Experience in the lubricant industry is priority
• Japanese speaking candidate is high priority;
• Knowledge of lubricants or chemical is a plus.
