Position: Japanese Speaking - JAVA Team Leader - IT Solutions

Responsibility

• Work closely with other teams such as SAP, ITO, and Other Business Unit to understand requirements and projects be assigned
• Work closely with the project team in Japan to manage requirements, schedules, issues and other matters related to projects which are assigned to Vietnam Team
• Manage team members' efforts and schedule projects
• Play as a single contact point related to subjects of projects which are involved and able to communicate well between Vietnam’s team and team in Japan.
• Timely report to the manager and other stakeholders related to project works
• Guide team members to develop, maintain applications, implement eco-system, API..etc for products in the corporation
• Final gate review of any outputs to ensure work quality of team members
• Responsible for entire development works which are assigned to the team
• Define skeleton(application architecture) with Japan project team
• Responsible in the release system (Go-Live) and supporting Post-Go-Live activities.
• Support in other activities such as interviewing candidates, training new members of the team
• Working location: District 3, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1,300～1,700USD

Requirements 

• Gender: Any
• Age: 27 - 35
• Education Background: Bachelor's Degree
• Experience:

+ Above 5 years of working experience in software development and included at least 1-year playing roles as a team leader

+ Have real working experience with Java frameworks such as : Spring or Trust or Hibernate or any other Java framework

+ Had real working experience with one database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL server, Oracle..etc

• Language: Japanese - Business Level (equivalent to N3 or above)
• Other Skills & Knowledge:

+ Good knowledge of OOP and MVC model

+ Knowledge of software development lifecycle

• Knowledge of job net systems such as JP1 is plus
• Knowledge with GCP, AWS, and Azure is plus
• Knowledge in project management such as PMP, and PRINCE2 is plus
• Experience with JS frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, and VueJS is plus
• Experience development methodology such as Scrum/Kanban is plus
• Experience working in a Japanese company or experience working onsite in Japan is plus
