Responsibility

• Recruitment based on recruitment plans and requirements from each department
• Coordinate with Japanese executives on recruitment conditions, labor contract management, payroll calculation, input and maintenance of employee profiles
• Control of laws and regulations related to human resources
• Calculation of bonuses, and salary increases
• Working location: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai
• Monthly Salary: 1000 ~ 1500 (USD)

Requirements 

• Age: 28 - 35
• Gender: Any
• Language: Japanese Business level and English Basic level(or above)
• Having more than 3 years experience of human resources in any industry that has over 50 employee
• Having Experience in Japanese companies
