Responsibility

• Sales of chemical products and logistics equipment
• Development of new customers (Mainly Vietnamese company /chemical industry, automobile industry, distribution industry, etc.)
• Development of new domestic suppliers
• Market research
• Follow-up on existing customers (Japanese and overseas (Southeast Asia, Middle East))
• Follow up on sales from headquarters (Japan) (exchange phone calls and e-mails with existing overseas customers and headquarters)
• General trading activities (shipping arrangements, overseas credit management, etc.)
• Working location: Hai Ba Trung Dist., Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 900～1,200USD

Requirements

・Education: Bachelor's Degree

・Age: 27-33 years old

・Gender: Any woman preferable)

・Language: English Business level

・Experience: Have more than 3 years of experience in negotiations with overseas customers and suppliers.

・Work experience in Japanese or foreign company

・Can use MS Office(Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

・Have the knowledge of Import/Export

・Working in the Chemical industry or General Trading company as a sales

・Japanese N2 level

・Connection to suppliers in the chemical industry (Plastic is much better)

・Connection to the Automobile, Chemical, and Manufacturing industry

・Brightness

・High communication skills (communicate in the second language of English, it is important to be able to speak in a way that is conveyed in a straightforward way )

・Independent

・Logical thinking
