Position: Japanese Speaking - Accountant/GA/HR Manager - Apparel

Responsibility 

• Support for establish new company
• Set up new office
• Responsible for accounting and general affairs.
• Support for work permit & VISA process for foreign staff
• Daily accounting work, communication with bookkeeping agents.
• It also handles ordering and trading with customers in Japan and Vietnam.
• Invoice creation, deposit / withdrawal, inventory management, performance report creation.
• Personnel and general affairs related work (calculation of salary, social insurance, etc.)

• Working location: District 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1000～1500(USD)

Requirements 

• Gender: Any
• Age: 28 - 39
• Education Background: Bachelor Degree
• Language: Japanese - Business Level (more than N2)

                   and English - Business Level (Reading, Writing, Speaking)

+ Experience: 

• Have from 4 years of experience as Manager of back office position(GA/HR/Account) in Trading industry.
• Have experience in accounting
• Have experience in start up company
• Have experience member management

+ Personality and social skills:

• Sociable with good communication skills.
• Responsible and play a role as a team member.
• Physically and mentally tough.
• Good understand start up situation.

+ Others:

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint for communication and presentation purposes
• Having experience in Japanese company
• Having good knowledge of import-export
• Having Chief Accountant certificate
