Responsibility 

(1) Analysis of new customers

• Investigation of customers to whom thin sheets can be sold (construction material/equipment manufacturers, local wholesalers/agents, design firms, construction companies, etc.)
• Contact the procurement/design contact point.

(2) New customer development

• Hearing on the customer's situation
• Understand strengths and weaknesses of the company's products
• Devise measures to have the customer adopt the product.
• Coordination with internal and external parties

(3) Import and logistics operations

• Marine insurance, steel import customs clearance, and customs inspections.
• Arrangement of logistics of steel products to the customer's designated place.

(4) Steel quality response

• Investigation of occurrence events and facts
• Response to customers in cooperation with internal personnel.

(5) Credit & Payment Collection

• Preliminary investigation of financial conditions of customers and information on credit.
• Follow-up on collection of sales proceeds.

• Working location: District 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1500~2000 USD

Requirements 

・Education: Bachelor degree or above

・Gender: Any

・Age: 30-45 years old

・Language: English conversational level (Over TOEIC 700)

・Experience:

• Have knowledge of import/export
• More than 5 years of working experience in steel industry as Sales.

・Have working experience in Japanese companies.

・Have Japanese skill

・Experience of living in Japan

・Good negotiation skills

・Interested in steel product

・Cooperative and able to adapt to Japanese style management.
