Responsibility 

• Formulate a department's business strategy based on company's management strategy
• Develop departmental goals and plans
• Set feasible measures to achieve departmental goals
• Allocate the necessary personnel to achieve the goals of the department
• To achieve the goals of the department, manage the progress of subordinates, develop human resources, etc.
• Creating reports for bosses and other departments
• Ordering and managing parts stock
• Prevention and resolution of complaints

• Working location: District 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1000-1300 USD

Requirements 

• Age: From 30
• Gender: Any
• Educaition Background: Bachelor's degree in Automotive or relevant field
• Foreign Language: English- Business Level (TOIEC 800 or IELTS 6.0)
• Working experience: At least 3 years of experience as Automobile Direct Shop Service Manager (4 wheels)
