Position: Backend Lead Software Engineer in HCM - IT

Responsibility

• *Developing and designing a web application which is used in the construction industry.
• Web applications development by Ruby on Rails, PHP Laravel, Node.js...
• Manage an engineering team (~10 people)
• Participate in the documentation process, requirements analysis, design, deploying, code reviewing, unit testing and operating the product.
• Discuss, propose solutions for the team and manage the progress of members.
• Training, support members
• Problems solving (technical and human).
• Working location: HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 46~92M VND

Requirements 

・English skills (able to chat, conversation skills not required)

・Experience: More than 3 years experience working as a Backend Developer( Ruby on Rails, PHP Laravel, Node.js...)

・Cloud AWS experience and able/willing to use GOLANG language is required.

・Pull Request-based development with Git

・Excellent troubleshooting skills.

・Experienced in managing team with at least 3-5 people, excellent leadership, and a high sense of responsibility.

・Development experience with React / Vue / Angular

・Experience with Lambda, Amplify, Cognito

・GraphQL experience 

・Language: Japanese skills at least N2 level.

・Experienced or interested in architecture – construction – manufacturing system.

・High interest in various programming languages and coding.

・Advanced mathematical knowledge, including optimization.

・Passionate about programming and willing to learn new technologies.

・Experienced in Agile/Scrum.
