Position: Japanese Speaking - General Accountant

Responsibility 

Accounting: 

• Take over a series of accounting works from Headquarters’ corporate team
• Oversee finance and accounting matters

• Handle all compulsory tax reports (VAT, CIT…) and PIT finalization
• General accounting functions: Including accounts payable/receivable, revenue, collections, expenses, and month-end close processes
• Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts 

• Calculate monthly payroll and execute SHUI as well as Labour Union management

• Operation:

• Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices
• Control budget of corporate team such as recruitment cost, branding cost, internal/external activity cost, etc.
• Asset management and administrative works
• Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

• Requirements

• Age: 24-35
• Gender: Any, female is preferable
• Language skill: Japanese
• Business Level, equivalent to N3 and above and English - Intermediate level
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance
• Experience :

+ At least 2 years experience as general accountant or similar position 

+ Solid knowledge of accounts payable; billing; budgets; deposits, taxes 

+ Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll 

+ Proficient in the use of accounting software (FAST) and tools such as G-Suit and MS Office 

- Have a high level of integrity, as they will know about the earnings of many employees, and confidentiality.
