Position: Merchandiser Staff/ Leader

Responsibility

1. For Staff position:

• Receive orders, assist customers in the process of placing orders
• Participate in the sample production process, and ensure the quality of samples before sending them to customers
• Follow up with customer feedback, negotiate contracts
• Work with engineering, purchasing, and materials departments to ensure raw materials for production
• Work with production departments, technical teams, and quality management to ensure orders are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Calculating costs for goods, output for products, and related services

2. For Leader Position:

• Be in charge of production planning
• Negotiate Price with Suppliers
• Summarize and report on the production of orders at factories
• Search and evaluate new suppliers
• Solve problems arising in the production process
• Manager data, orders
• Manage employees in the group
• Other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors
• Working location: Son Tinh, Quang Ngai
• Monthly Salary: 428～857 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age : 23 - 35
• Gender: Any
• Education's Background: College or University Degree
• Experience:

+ Staff: Have 1 year of experience working as a Merchandiser Staff in manufacturing companies

+ Leader: From 2 - 3 years of experience working as a Merchandiser Staff in manufacturing companies

• Language: English or Japanese - Business Level

• Preferable Skill / Experience

• Resident near factory or hometown is near the area
• Experience in Japanese apparel companies
