Position: Operation Control Center Operator

Responsibility

• To monitor and operate the ATS and SCADA systems from HMI for traffic dispatch and power.
• Train traffic management and route control within depot and mainline.
• Supporting test train drivers to operate trains safely in all mode of train operation; ATO/ATP/Substitution Mode and Emergency Mode
• Reviewing work permit access requests and providing input to access coordination team.
• Handling of Operation Incidents & Accidents.
• Incident and Accident related to the train movement report writing.
• If deemed necessary, to produce complementary Rules & Regulations.
• To manage and control train movements on a day to day basis.
• Completing daily log book and reports as required.
• Protection of the staff against moving railway vehicles.
• Permitting approved access requestors on to the track and secure rooms in conjunction with power and wayside teams.
• Liaising and communicating with Train Drivers and Testing & Commissioning teams.
• Liaising and communicating with on-site personnel.
• Strict adherence to rules and regulations in place for operation.
• Able to successfully complete operational rules training and assessment.
• Report writing as required.
• Predominately based on day shifts, however other working times may be required.
• Other duties as required by Construction Railway Operations Manager
• Working location: Dist 9., HCMC
• Monthly Salary: ～1232(USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Age: 24 - 40 years old.

・Gender: Any

・Bachelor degree in any field

・Language skills: Good English (both written and spoken) skills and communication skills

・Experience:

• Years of Experience: suitable experience in large and complex railways, construction and EPC projects.
• Ideally, several years of experience working on railway projects and was trained to operate control center
• Knowledge of the railway systems.
