Position: Tax Manager

Responsibility

The Manager is responsible for all areas relating to provide tax services to Clients. The Manager supervises some Junior and Senior consultants and is responsible for managing the team to ensure that work is properly allocated and completed in a timely and accurate manner. This position addresses tight deadlines

• Ensure an accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close.
• Ensure the timely sending of all consultancy reports to Clients.
• Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the firm.
• Provide training to new and existing staff as needed.
• Handle personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, etc.
• Work with each direct report to establish goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff.
• Support Managing Director with special projects and workflow process improvements
• Working location: Dis 1., HCMC
• Monthly Salary: Negotiable

Requirements

Necessary Experience/Skill

• Age: 35-40
• Gender : Male preferable
• Language : English- Business level
• Education : Bachelor degree, major in accounting, auditing, finance, ecomonic
• Experience:

+ At least 5 years of experience in tax field

+ At least 3 years of experience (for managerial position).

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Working experience in international accounting and tax services firms (Big 4) is preferable.
• Related taxation certification is preferable.
• Ability to work under pressure and willing to travel.
