Position: Direct Sales Manager

Responsibility

• Achieve Direct sales original plan with collaborating to local sales, JPN and Korean direct sales (Sales units/Net revenue/True GP).
• Expand private sector business for Office & Production Printing (Global Major Accounts, Foreign Accounts & Local Accounts business mainly) with related key members.
• Make plan, implement basic sales platform with Service, Solutions, Marketing members.
• Control and manage the appropriate pricing to create Net revenue & True GP contributions.
• Create sales plan & scenario to reach a successful goal & win for company direct sales operation.
• Provide feedback timely to GD/Sales team/Regional marketing manager regarding business, market conditions, trends, issues which is relevant to the company sales strategies.
• Collaborate & cooperate to accomplish the cross sectional projects & business.
• Other assignments as requested from GD
• Working location: Dist. 1, HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1300～1732 (USD)

• Qualification: Bachelor's Degree
• Gender: Any
• Age: 32 - 40
• Language: English - Business level
• Experience: Having 5 years of experience working as a Sales Manager in office equipment field.
• Others:

+ Strong planning and analytical skills

+ Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills

+ Strong leadership to lead and motivate the team

+ Problem-solving skills

- Prefer candidates who used to work in Japanese Companies
