Position: Sales Section Manager/Sales Leader

Job Code: 76748

Responsibility

1) Proposal, quotation, and activities to win orders for Company's Process Automation Systems, mainly for customers in the industrial field.In addition, manage the team as a sales manager. (Budget and performance management, customer management, sales strategy, human resource development and guidance, etc.)

2) Understand the company's major components and promote proposals, quotations, and orders for systems that apply these components. (Main Products: LV/MV Inverter, PLC/HMI, DCS, UPS, IoT devices, etc.)

3) Key Fields (Process Automation, Information Control)

①Measurement control system (Monitoring and control of various

equipment and lines in facilities and factories)

②Drive control system (mainly automatic control of ports and factory equipment)

③Information control system (IT-based automation and digitalization in the industrial sector)

4) Main Customer Targets

• Foreign Investments, Japanese (including existing customers),

• and local companies in Vietnam

• Customers in Southeast Asia
• Working location: District 2, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 1500～2500 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience 

・Age: 27-40

・Gender: Male preferable

・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher

・Language: English - Business level

・Experience:

+ More than 5 years of project sales or engineering experience in automation systems, mostly in the industrial field.

+ 3 years as leader/manager level

Others

• Bright, outgoing, earnest, and responsible personality
• Strong business communication and negotiation skills.

Preferable skill/experience

• Japanese N3 and above
• Experience of studying in Japan and technical internship students are welcome
