Position: Service Apartment Operation Manager

Responsibility 

• Be responsible for managing room conditions/defects.
• Manage all contracts and payments.
• Manage the supplier's service quality (cleaning, washing, internet…)
• Manage the cost of purchasing equipment, in-stock/out stock…
• Manage all staff reports, including lost and profit, occupancy rate, incident report, purchasing, and storage report... Check that everything is in order before reporting to a higher-level manager.
• Follow up on resident complaints and ensure that they are all resolved.
• Take care of the staff working environment and schedule the training course for staff to improve working skills and service quality.
• Working location: Thu Dau Mot, Binh Duong
• Monthly Salary: 1000～1300 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Gender: Any

・Age: from 35 years old

・Education background: Any

・Language skills: English - Business Level (Very good at speaking)

・Experience:

+ At least 4 years of experience as a hotel manager (hotel scale 4-5 stars)

+ Having good knowledge of Hotel software (Smile, Opera...)

Preferrable skills/ experience

・Living in Binh Duong is preferred

・Japanese speaking is a plus
