Responsibility

Client just established Hanoi office. Candidate will be 1st employee.

• Brokerage of buying and selling and leasing
• Consult and introduce real estate projects to customer base on their requirements
• Aftercare for customer
• Responsible for all related documents: sales contract, transfer and support to negotiate the contract
• Gathering information on real estate investment
• Complete assigned tasks by manager
• Other tasks will be discussed at the interview.
• Working location: Ba Dinh, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 700～1200 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

Gender: Any

Age: 21-40

Education : College diploma

Language skills: English Business Level

Experience: Over 3 years working experience as sales in Japanese Real Estate Company

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Have Japanese skill is plus

・Have strong connection in real estate industry
