Position: Senior Accountant cum Operation Administration

Responsibility

1. Finance/Accounting:

Take over a series of finance and accounting works from Headquarters’ corporate team

Oversee finance and accounting matters

Analyze financials and creating financial reports to help with strategic decision-making

General accounting functions: Including accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue, collections, expenses, and Month End Close processes

Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts

2.Operation:

Work closely with the management team to ensure all operational, administrative, and compliance functions within the firm are being properly executed in accordance with regulatory-based best practices

Optimize the usage of the budget of the corporate team such as recruitment cost, branding cost, internal/external activity cost, etc.

Administrative work: Book flights, hotels, apply for Visa, Work Permit, TRC for foreign employees, equipment & assets management, etc..

3.HR support: in charge of monthly payroll, C&B and Labor Union

• Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 1500～2500 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age: less than 43 years old
• Gender: Any
• Language skill: English - Business level OR Japanese Business Level
• Background: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Fiance or related field
• Experience :

+ At least 5 years of experience in Accounting (accounts payable/payroll)

+ Having chief accountant certificate

+ Working in IT/ Software company/ Star-up company

Others

• Solid knowledge of accounts payable; billing; budgets; deposits, taxes
• Understanding local and governmental rules about payroll
• Proficient in the use of accounting software and tools such as Word, Excel,…
• Have a high level of integrity, as they will know about the earnings of many employees; confidentiality.
