Responsibility 

• Perform patrolling and monitoring of safety work at assigned works
• Prepare the HSE plan for the Construction Site based on the specific regulations of the Project and the current standards and regulations of the State of Vietnam;
• Supervising and managing the occupational safety and environment of contractors in the project area;
• Coordinate and plan with the Project Management Board of the Owner / Subcontractor to coordinate on HSE training for Engineers, employees and workers;
• Control and investigate causes of occupational accidents;
• Implement safety reminders at the beginning of working hours for workers and Engineers;
• Make a plan to equip labor protection equipment for Engineers, employees and workers;
• Propose and supervise the classification of waste and wastewater treatment;
• Check occupational safety measures in the construction method submitted by the contractor
• Cooperate with the contractor to check the equipment entering and leaving the construction site and stamping.
• Check the contractor's construction equipment to ensure labor safety during construction
• Management of cards/people entering and leaving the building
• Manage work permits of subcontractors
• Make periodic reports
• Organize and handle work within the scope of assigned work.
• Working location: Lien Chieu, Da Nang
• Monthly Salary: 650～1300 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Gender: Male only
• Age: from 28 years old
• Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Construction, Labor Safety,etc
• Language Skill: English - Intermediate (Good speaking)
• Experience :

+ Have 5 years of experience as a Safety Engineer in construction for building, factory or warehouse projects.

Others

- AutoCAD reading and obtain a certificate of occupational safety training
