Position: Area Management Assistant Manager For Service

Job Code: 75023

Responsibility

• Support Northern dealers for after-sales issues
• Receiving, follow up technical/quality issues occurring in Northern dealers and report to manager
• Follow up after sales KPIs and take action for improvement
• Making report every week for CPRO with dealer situation
• Check/consult for lay-out of dealer renovation/ new dealer
• Working location: Ba Dinh dis, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 1300～1750 (USD)

Requirements

Necessary Skill / Experience

• Age: 28-35. Gender: Male preferred.
• Education: University graduated in Automobile Technology or related technical major.
• Language: English - Business level
• Experience: Have more than 3 years of experience as technician /dealer management in Automobile industry
• Skills required:

+ Workshop Management and/or Jobs skills related to after-sales service

+ PC skill (MS office, Power point, etc)

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Experience in automobile dealers management
• Other (if any): Driving license B2
