Position: Admin Staff

Responsibility 

• Call Center, doc sending and receiving
• Management of tools for construction site (stationary, labor protection,....)
• Car arrangement, hotel and flight reservation
• Arrange site office operation when needed
• IT support for construction site and HN office members
• Support to translate and interpret when needed
• Prepare work permit, visa, residence card, etc. for foreigners
• Any other tasks requested by leaders, managers, and directors.
• Working location: Dan Phuong, Hanoi
• Monthly Salary: 500～600 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Education: At least from College Diploma 

・Gender: Female Only. Age: 24-35

・Language: English - Conversational Level

・Experience: from 2-3 years of experience as an Admin staff in any industry

・Other Skills: Good at MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PPT)

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Staff who has experience in general administration at site office (in foreign companies) will be preferable
