Responsibility

1. Monitor customer service team to manage supply chain for oversea customers including cargo/PO management, vendors, and carrier management, cargo consolidation in CFS warehouse, new customer implementation. (Please find general handling process of CSV below)

2. Manage team daily operation to ensure team comply with customer’s SOP, company process, fulfill KPI and deadlines for SO/booking acknowledgement, carrier booking visibility, SI/AMS/ISF/VGM submission, Post-advice, DTL/Document pouch.

3. Monitor employee productivity and quality including data quality, system timeline, customers feedback timeline.

4. Implement new assigned customer including vendor workshop, vendor training on process/vendor podium systems (online or offline)

5. Provide timely feedbacks upon requests from customers, CCP/account owner, Head-quarter corporate team in a constructive and professional manner.

6. Collaborate with AR-AP team and FINCON team to well manage cashflow and payment, especially the vendor’s payment and outstanding; escalate long outstanding invoices to Lead CSV/account owner and customer as per company process.

7. Collaborate with AR-AP team to complete the information capturing in ICS systems before month-end closing.

8. Provide constructive feedback and coaching to team; deliver training industry knowledge, systems enhancement, soft skills to staff as per master training plan of company. Manage team to fulfill the company training plan and personal train plan (CPD)

9. Set smart goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates. Handle annual performance appraisal and record perform score and smart goal in system HCMS.

10. Handle other tasks and project assigned by ISCMS Manager

• Working location: District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 1000～2000 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Age: 30 - 42

・Gender: Any

・Bachelor’s Degree holder (at Logistics Management)

・Language: English business level

・3-5 years experienced in same position in Supply Chain Management of 3PL/logistics company

・Proficiency in computer literate, such as Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.

・Good communication skill, customer focused, achievement driven, teamwork and able to work under pressure.
