Position: FAS (Financial Advisory Service) Manager

Job Code: 73045

Responsibility

• Cooperate with Management of the Company and establish new FAS / TP division together. * TP (Transfer Pricing)
• After establishment, monitor and manage FAS projects.
• TP projects will be monitored by TP specialist
• Make high-quality reports to client
• Business development efforts, to assist with the evaluation of new business opportunities and proposal preparation
• Educate team member to develop skills of staffs in the following areas together with Japanese members and Vietnamese colleagues.

1) Financial & Tax Due Diligence

2) Financial valuations of businesses and assets (both tangible and intangible assets) under income approach (discounted cash flows), market approach (multiples) and cost approach

• We may collaborate with outside valuation company

• 3) Purchasing Price Allocation (“PPA”)

• We may collaborate with outside valuation company

4) Post Merger Integration (“PMI”)

5) IFRS advisory

6) Internal Control Advisory / Internal Audit

• Working location: Cau Giay District., Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 1700~2600 (USD)

Requirements 

Necessary Skill / Experience

・Education: Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related fields

・Gender: Any

・Age: 28-40 years old

・Language: English business level

・Experience: 5 years experience as an advisor, auditor, business analyst or corporate finance/ transaction services professional, with experience in staff management.

・Others : Good knowledge in 1 or 2 items of following areas;

1) Financial & Tax Due Diligence

2) Valuation and financial modeling skills

3) Strong research and financial analysis skills

4) IFRS5) Internal Control advisory / Internal Audit

Preferable Skill / Experience

• ACCA, CPA, CFA professional qualifications will be a plus

• Preferable Personality

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of motivation, commitment, dedication, proactive, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Diligent working style
