Position: Tax and Finance Manager

Job Code: 66643 

Responsibility 

1) Being responsible for the quality of accounting and tax works performed by staffs 

2) Covering not only tax issues but also accounting (statutory and managerial accounting) and finance issues 

3) Being experienced in annual tax finalization, tax audit 

4) Being able to provide consultancy to other departments on tax & accounting matters 

5) Be able to communicate directly with other departments via email and in-person meetings to follow up on the tax consulting issues 

6) Representing the Company for tax-related issues 

7) Being responsible for external audit financial statements and reconciliation with tax reports 

8) Maintaining and reviewing finance and accounting procedure and policy

9) Performing auditing duties when required 

10) Checking and approving daily cash tractions 

11) Enhancing the function of tax, accounting and finance

• Working location: Binh Thanh dis, HCM
• Monthly Salary: 1700～2600 (USD)

Requirements

• Gender: Any
• Age: 32 years old and above
• Language skills: English - Business Level
• Education background: University or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Audit Field
• Experience :

+ 10-year working experience at least (tax audit, working with tax office). Experience as Auditor, Chief Accountant, Finance Manager at Foreign-Invested Companies, managerial level at Accounting Service or Auditing Firms 

+ Understand Vietnamese tax laws and related regulations 

• Skills required: MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software, English fluency, communication and presentation
• Knowledge: CPA/ACCA certificate is excellent advantage,
