Responsibility

• Must have strong technical skill at least 1 specific system (Web App, Mobile App, ERP, CRM) and take responsibility for designing that solution in project.
• Be able to in charge of full project cycle: from approaching clients --> getting clients requirements --> design system following the requirements --> testing --> deploying
• Communicate with customer in requirement collection, progress reporting and trouble solving.
• Transform customer’s requirements into logical, economical and practical system designs.
• Ready to support customer at out of business working hours when there is request.
• Analyze and design system flow and procedures to ensure optimum control and security of data and efficient use of resources.
• Prepare detailed specifications from which complete sets of programs will be written.
• Perform the role of Quality Control at each phase of development process.
• Make WBS and detailed schedule for project’s development scope.
• Monitor and ensure actual progress meeting the project plan.
• Lead in researching and coaching new technology for growing up subordinates’ development skill.
• Working location: Cau Giay Dist., Hanoi
• Working Time: 08:00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
• Monthly Salary: 800～1,095USD

Requirements

• Gender: Any. Age: 25 - 30
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other IT-related fields.
• Experience: Have 3~5 years’ experience as Software Developer.

  + Have strong technical skill (developing skill) in at least 1 specific system (Web App, Mobile App, ERP, CRM)

  + Have strong knowledge and experience with: 

• DBMS: PostgreSQL
• Programming Language: Java, JavaScript
• Technology: J2EE, SpringMVC, JPA
• Language: English - Conversational Level
• Strong problem-solving skill, with a logical, analytical and approach to work.
• Be able to work under tight schedule
• Good design documentation
• Be able to build team work's spirit
• Be able to go on business trip (local provinces,...)
• Good communication skill and good working attitude

Preferable Skill / Experience

• Japanese company and Japanese language experience is preferable..
• Knowledge in Warehouse, Distribution, Logistics, Production Master, Sales, CRM, … is preferable.
• Direct experience from Automotive and/or Industrial sector
