Position: Import/ Export and Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibility

1/ Import - Export Supervisor

• In charge of all activities related to import export department
• Responsible for making and handling import and export documents
• Prepare necessary procedures for imported and exported goods
• Keep track of exported goods schedule
• Handle customs declaration and customs inquiries
• Make report, customs liquidation, logistic reports
• Follow up and apply Certificate of Origin Form
• Control warehouse activities
• Have experience on customs annual report for EPE (Export Processing Enterprise)
• Do other work assigned

2/ Purchasing Supervisor

• Looking for a new supplier (jig, tooling, ...)
• Carry out cost reduction activities
• Working location: Binh Xuyen District, Vinh Phuc Province
• Working Time: 08:00 -16:45 (Monday - Friday)
• Monthly Salary: 480～530(USD)

Requirements

• Age:  25-33 years old
• Gender:

  + For Import Export position: Female 

  + For Purchasing position: Male

• Education: Bachelor Degree
• Experience:

   + Have 3 years working experience at Import Export position or Purchasing position in Manufacturing Industry. 

   + For Import Export position, candidate needs to have experience in making EPE final settlement reports

• Language: English - Business Level (good at 4 skills)

• Preferable Skill / Experience

• Have working experience in Japanese company
• Prefer candidates graduated from Foreign Trade University
