Position: M&E Project Manager (Electrical)

Responsibility

• Making and building construction plans, construction methods, organizing and operating all activities of the technical department, and the site commanding committee;
• Implement and organize the inspection and control of all activities on the construction site and be responsible to the Board of Directors for all activities of the project;
• Prepare and manage project budget;
• Assign roles and responsibilities of members of the project management board;
• Manage and train and develop human resources under responsibilities/authorities;
• Working with consulting units to be able to offer design solutions in accordance with current regulations and standards, which are economical, feasible and safe;
• Work directly with the authorities on legal procedures of the project if necessary;
• Check and monitor the quality, progress and cost of project implementation;
• Coordinate with consulting units, construction contractors to promptly handle all problems and ensure the implementation plans of the project;
• Acceptance, payment for consulting units, construction contractors of the project;
• On behalf of the Board of Directors to perform all internal and external work of the project;
• Prepare project reports according to the regulations of the project and the company.
• Working location: Tan Binh Dist., HCMC
• Monthly Salary: 1500～2000(USD)

Requirements

• Age : 32 - 38
• Gender : Male prefer
• Education Background: Graduated from HCMC University of Technology and Education/ Ho Chi Minh City University Of Technology
• English skill : Business level
• Have at least 5 year working experience as Project Manager (M&E, major in Electrical)
• Have experienced as Electrical engineer in construction industry
• Skills in research, analysis, construction project planning and project control, risk management.
• Ability to evaluate the effectiveness of construction methods.
• Willing to work on site as projects' location
