Position: Area Sales Manager - Hai Phong and North East areas

Responsibility

• Accomplish monthly and quarterly sales target
• Manage the activities & results Sales team well (sales goals, insurance goals, work discipline)
• Do coaching and training for sales team including Supervisors, sales staff, Pharmacists...
• Launch & test promotion and focus program
• Visit retailers to check, get market information, give company feedback
• Propose appropriate promotions and display programs
• Complete all relevant reports such as: sales report, POSM (Points of Sales Material) Market report...
• Working location: Hoan Kiem District, Ha Noi
• Monthly Salary: 1000～1500(USD)

Requirements

• Age: 30 - 40. Gender: Male is more preferable
• Education: Graduated from Bachelor Degree in any related majors
• Experience: Have at least 3 years experience at Area Sales Senior/ Manager position in large-sized company in Pharmaceutical/Cosmetics, Fast-moving Consumer Goods
• Have strong experience in:

+ Working and managing distributors and staffs in Northern areas

+ Understanding of business management in FMCG or cosmetics industry is an advantage

• Live in Hanoi and be able to go on business trip frequently to other provinces of Northern areas
• Personalities: Not a job hopper; Enthusiastic and Dynamic
• Skills:

+ Good Leadership skill

+ Good analytical and logical thinking
