Position: Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibility

・Supervise corrective, preventive and predictive maintenance on equipment, aiming to improve machinery to increase availability for production and reduce maintenance costs.

・Analyze and track maintenance processes, analyzing cost plans and equipment damage report to ensure quality and performance gains, optimizing equipment and process performance

・Give technical assistance related to mechanical expertise;

・Manage goals and results, seeking continuous process improvement;

・Develop and provide technical training, focused on quality;

・Manage Human Resources (lead teams, work plans, vacations, leaves, layoffs, hiring, maintain discipline and order in sectors)

・Distribute tasks to mechanics and technicians.

・Other tasks assigned by Line Manager

• Working location: Ba Ria-Vung Tau
• Monthly Salary: 560～780(USD)

Requirements

・Gender: Any

・Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering

・Language: English Business level

・Over 5 years of experience as Mechanical Maintenance in Manufacturing(prefer food) industry

・Activity-specific SAP / R3 system skill

・Ability with Windows tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

・Math and computer knowledge are needed to operate production systems

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Strong communication and leadership skills, Strong analytical/critical thinking

・Read blueprints, understand measures, voltmeters, technical drawings, manuals and other materials
