Position: Chief Accountant Assistant

Responsibility

• Assist for Vietnamese Accounting manager's task
• Manage and in charge of general Admin tasks
• Settle of expenses and travel expenses, external payment, cash accounting
• Arrange air tickets and visa for business travelers from Japan
• Prepare invoice and send to client
• Other tasks assigned by Vietnamese manager
• Working location: District 1, HCMC
• Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday)
• Monthly Salary: 700 - 850 USD

Requirement

• Age : 28 - 35
• Gender : Female preferred
• English skill : Business level
• Chief accountant certification (must)
• More than 5 years experiences as accountant in any industry (Trading company is better)
• Person who know how to use "FAST" (Accounting soft)
• Personality : cheerful, flexible, kind

Preferable Skill

• Japanese skill : Conversational Level or above
• Having working experiences in Japanese trading company
