Responsibility

• General:

• Overall management of production process of Manual Insert, and SMT section.

• Details:

+ Make plan and determination for optimal utilization of factory resources & equipment to meet target for production.

+ Control budget, manpower and labor cost

+ Improve process for production activity

+ Make and achieve target of production output

+ Closely work and coordinate with Kaga group's companies

+ Prepare training & coaching subordinates for skill up.

+ Control 5S & safety in the factory.

• Working location: My Hao District, Hung Yen Province
• Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday - Friday, Every other Saturdays)
• Monthly Salary: 1,000 – 1,680USD

Requirements

• Age: 32-40. Gender: Male only
• Education: Bachelor's degree with major in Electronics related field
• Language: English Business level
• Experience: Have at least 3 years working experience in Production Management
• Understand and have experience in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly), production operation process especially in manual insert, SMT (Surface Mount Technology) process.
• Skill :

+ Effective communication skill including report writing

+ Good management skill

+ Good problem-solving skills

+ Good computer skill 

+ Logical thinking

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Japanese Conversational level 

・Experienced in Japanese companies

・Lives in Hung Yen or Hanoi central locations
