Position: Pre Sales Engineer - IT solution

Responsibility

1. Pre-sales

・Consulting, designing and writing technical proposal for solutions: Networking system, CCTV, ACS, VDP, PA, Car Parking, …

・Building the BOM (Bill of Materials) & the estimate for solutions: Networking system, CCTV, ACS, VDP, PA, Car Parking, …

・Writing technical documents, technical complied chart.

・Presenting solutions for customers (if needed)

・Solving problems related to the projects (if any)

2. R&D for new products

・Coordinating with Pre-sales/IT team and sales people to do the research and design new solutions accordingly

・Collecting and analyzing market information to give some proposals to BOM for new products

・Conducting the necessary training, presentations for the new products, solutions to sales, technical teams and customers

・Evaluation and promotion of new products

・Collect client's feedback and analyze

3. Support for IT Team

・Supporting for IT Team (consulting for IT technicians/ configuring by himself for Networking system) in some projects which are important projects, important customers or difficult cases.

4. Management

・Supporting, consulting the dept management/leadership to the dept manager and BOM

・Giving the IT solution for clients which is foreign (include Japanese) and local company

・Other tasks assigned by Manager

• Working location: District 6, HCM City
• Working Time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Monday to Friday, Saturday : every other week

Lunch time : 11:30 - 13:00)

- Monthly Salary: 800 – 1,500USD

Requirements

・Bachelor Degree

・Gender: Any

・Age: 28-35 years old

・A person must have any of the following experiences

1. Having over 3 years working experience as a Pre-Sales in Electrical Equipment / Electronics industry or IT solutions field

2. Having over 3 years working experience as a Network Engineer in IT or Hardware fields

・Language: English Upper Business level

Preferable Skill / Experience

・Having experience of New product evaluation

・Strong knowledge of IT solutions filed

・Personality : Having high curiosity, Having Ambitious
