<Saturday Working: every other week >

Responsibility

- Handling, tracking and executing all tasks related to Import & Export operations,
- Checking documents, declare and complete customs procedures related to imported and exported goods (machinery, equipment, raw materials ...)
- Making settlement, norm and liquidity report to Customs.
- Always be proficient in customs procedures, circulars, decrees and regulations in the import and export sector.
- Well communicate with Customs and State agencies.

- Working location: Long Thanh, Dong Nai
- Working Time: 8:00-16:45 (Monday - Friday & 2 Saturday)
- Monthly Salary: 700 – 1,000USD

Requirements

- Gender: Male/ Female
- Age: 31 - 37 years old.
- University Degree major in Business administration, Import-Export, Economics or Commerce 
- Having at least 5 years working experience in Import - Export in manufacturing Companies (prefer EPE company)
- Deep understanding the customs regulations, update new customs laws to management-
- Having ability to process data on Excel, software system in import - export (VNACCS) and logistics.
- Being honest at work, cooperative spirit and high responsibility.

Preferable Skill / Experience
・Enthusiastic, dynamic, independent, sensitive. Agile, hard-working and honest
・Leadership skills, communication skills and high responsibility.
・Have experience working for a Japanese company
・Well updated legal documents related to import and export goods
・Priority to candidates living in Dong Nai and surrounding areas
