- RGF's Client - a Japanese company manufacturing and supplying electrical equipment - is looking for a Production Manager - Manufacturing to lead and optimize production operations for electrical equipment manufacturing, ensuring efficient execution of production plans, cost control, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working Location: Yen Phong, Bac Ninh Monthly Salary: Negotiable Job Responsibilities: Develop, propose, and execute the production plan to meet organizational goals Monitor and analyze budgets, implement cost control measures, and identify opportunities to reduce waste Oversee all production activities, including equipment maintenance and workforce management Drive and implement operational changes to improve production performance and efficiency Ensure efficient operations across all components of the production department

- Necessary Skill / Experience: Education Background: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation, or a related field Language Skill: English or Korean - Business Level Experience: Minimum of 5 years in production manager Strong leadership and people management abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail Ability to build trust and maintain strong working relationships across departments and with external partners Customer-focused, results-driven, and able to meet tight deadlines Preferable Skill/ Experience: Experience in electrical panels Notice: Thank you for your interest in career opportunities at RGF.
