133520 - Project Management - Manufacturing

• RGF's Client -  a Japanese company manufacturing and supplying electrical equipment  - is looking for a  Project Management  - Manufacturing  to coordinate and manage manufacturing projects for electrical equipment, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and customer satisfaction.
• Working Location:  Bac Ninh, Vietnam
• Monthly Salary:  15,000,000 ~ 20,000,000 VND (Gross)

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain project plans, ensuring all processes meet project requirements (e.g., materials, delivery timelines, and financial costs)
• Provide direct support to customers (FAT, Official letter…)
• Manage project administration tasks, including maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation
• Track project performance to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
• Assist in project evaluations and measuring results for continuous improvement

Necessary Skill / Experience

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Automation, or a related field

Language Skill

• English or Korean - Business Level
• Solid knowledge of project management principles, ISO standards, and electrical equipment
• Strong negotiation skills and logical problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Preferable Skill/ Experience

• Prior experience in project management is a plus
