133011 - Sales Supervisor - Advertising

• Japanese company in the advertising industry - is looking for a
• Sales Supervisor to develop sales strategies, expand the client base, drive OOH/DOOH advertising sales, lead and coach the Sales team, and coordinate with internal departments to ensure successful campaign execution and achieve revenue targets.

Working Location

• Sai Gon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City
• Monthly Salary: 24M ~ 30M VND Gross
• Job Responsibilities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets
• Identify, approach, and acquire new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Expand business opportunities with direct advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners
• Promote the company's OOH/DOOH advertising products and integrated media solutions
• Supervise, coach, and motivate the Sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
• Monitor team performance through regular sales reviews and KPI evaluations
• Collaborate with Business Produce, Creative, Production teams to prepare sales proposals, media plans, cost estimates, quotations, and client presentations
• Coordinate internal resources to ensure successful campaign implementation
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - Language:
• English - Business Level - Experience: 3 years of B2B sales experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or team leader position. - Preferred Skills: Experience in:
• OOH Advertising
• DOOH Advertising
• Advertising Agency
