You love programming and have projects you can show us that you finished - not just projects from previous jobs or school - your own projects that you made because it is fun to program. We care more about your ability to learn on your own and use how you’ve been using your programming skills than any school degree.

Some skills that we lack and need you to complement is experience from software deployment and scaling on Linux machines.

• Excellent Java development skills
  - Experience from backend programming using Java
  - Deployment and scaling on Linux
  - Experience working with both in-memory and relational databases

• Moving on to "nice-to-have's" it would be sweet if you have prior experience developing and running microservices using event sourcing. You'll be working on the backend, and everything will be accessed via an API so experience in developing and designing API:s, or even just an interest in the matter, would be extremely helpful.
