Vendor Management Lead

IN YOUR ROLE, YOU WILL:

·    Work with various operations team to ensure appropriate vendor monitoring and performance tracking is in place

·    Ensure invoicing and SLAs align with contract requirements.

·    Liaise with vendor and internal stakeholders to ensure that purchase orders and payments are seamlessly issued every month.

·    Organizing and maintaining accurate vendor records and documentation

·    Coordinate the activities required in any vendor security review or audit.

AS OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE, YOU HAVE:

·         At least 1-3 years of experience in the same capacity

·         Ability to document and track data for business level consumption of vendor services for decision-making

·         Business focused thinking, an ability to focus on key issues and a strong hands-on, results driven mentality

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         Strong organization skills and attention to detail
