1. Trực tiếp làm việc cũng đảm nhận vai trò giám sát tất cả mọi hoạt động tuân theo quy định cũng như

quy trình vệ sinh – an toàn – lao động, bảo vệ hệ sinh thái môi trường của những doanh nghiệp

Work directly also assumes the role of supervising all activities in compliance with regulations as

well as hygiene - safety - labor processes, protecting the environment and ecology of businesses

2. Làm các giấy phép và báo cáo đáp ứng yêu cầu pháp luật của nhà nước trong lĩnh vực Môi trường &

Make permits and reports to meet state legal requirements in the field of Environment & Occupational

Safety

3. Chịu trách nhiệm theo dõi, kiểm tra sự an toàn khi hoạt động của các máy móc, thiết bị phục vụ trong

quá trình xây dựng, sản xuất

Responsible for monitoring and checking the safety of machinery and equipment in service during

construction and production

4. Xác định mối nguy và đánh giá rủi ro từ đó đề xuất các biện pháp kiểm soát an toàn liên quan đến

con người máy móc .…

Identify hazards and assess risks from which to recommend safety control measures related to people

and machines....

5. Xây dựng nội quy, quy trình, biên pháp bảo đảm an toàn, vệ sinh lao động; phòng, chống cháy, nổ;

thực hiện kế hoạch ATVSLĐ hằng năm; đánh giá rủi ro; lập kế hoạch ứng cứu sự cố khẩn cấp

Develop internal rules, processes and measures to ensure occupational safety and health; fire

prevention; implement the annual OSH plan; risk assessment; set up plan to up

6. Góp phần xây dựng quy chế, nội dung và nguyên tắc, chỉ tiêu về công tác quản lý, đảm bảo về an toàn

lao động theo đúng quy định của nhà nước đưa ra

Contribute to the development of regulations, contents, rules and targets on management and

assurance of occupational safety in accordance with the regulations of the State

7. Phối hợp với các Trưởng/ Phó ban. Trưởng Phòng, Trưởng Bộ phận soạn thảo các quy trình, quy chế

theo yêu cầu công việc của các bộ phận và theo yêu cầu BGĐ

Coordinate with the bans Chief/Deputy. Heads of Departments, Heads of Departments edit processes

and regulations according to the work requirements of the departments and at the request of the

Board of Directors

8. Nhận dạng các mối nguy hiểm trong nhà máy và đề xuất với lãnh đạo các biện pháp kiểm soát nhằm

ngăn ngừa tai nạn, sự cố

Identify hazards in the factory and recommend to management control measures to prevent accidents

and incidents

9. Quản lý tất cả các loại hóa chất, Nhận diện và kiểm soát các khía cạnh môi trường, đồng thời bảo

đảm tuân thủ Pháp luật về môi trường và Tiêu chuẩn của Khách hang

Manage all chemical substances, Identify and test for environmental aspects, and ensure compliance

with environmental legislation and Client standards

10. Tổ chức đánh giá định kỳ việc thực hiện của nhà máy để đảm bảo các yêu cầu được tuân thủ. Làm

việc với khách hàng, tiếp các đoàn đánh giá khi đến đánh giá tại nhà máy định kỳ hằng năm

The organization periodically reviews plant performance to ensure requirements are followed.

11. Tham gia vào tham mưu, đề xuất và áp dụng những thiết bị công nghệ tiên tiến hay giải pháp khoa

học để bảo đảm an toàn lao động

Participate in advising, proposing and applying advanced technological equipment or scientific

solutions to ensure occupational safety

12. Quản lý và theo dõi việc kiểm định máy, thiết bị, vật tư, chất có yêu cầu nghiêm ngặt về an toàn, vệ

sinh lao động

Manage and monitor the inspection of machines, equipment, materials and substances with strict

requirements on occupational safety and hygiene

13. Tổ chức thực hiện hoạt động thông tin, tuyên truyền, huấn luyện về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động; sơ

cứu, cấp cứu, phòng, chống bệnh nghề nghiệp cho người lao động; tổ chức tự kiểm tra ATVSLĐ;

điều tra tại nạn, sự cố kỹ thuật gây mất an toàn

Organize the implementation of information, propaganda and training activities on occupational

safety and health; first aid, first aid, prevention and control of occupational diseases for employees;

organize self-inspection of OSH; Investigation of accidents, technical incidents causing unsafety

14. Chủ trì, phối hợp bộ phận y tế tổ chức giám sát, kiểm soát yếu tố nguy hiểm, yếu tố có hại

Assume the prime responsibility for, and coordinate with the health department in, supervising and

controlling dangerous and harmful factors

15. Tổng hợp và đề xuất với người sử dụng lao động giải quyết các kiến nghị của đoàn thanh tra, đoàn

kiểm tra và người lao động về an toàn, vệ sinh lao động

Synthesize and propose to the employer to resolve the recommendations of the inspection team, the

inspection team and the employees on occupational safety and health

16. Lập báo cáo định kỳ theo qui định của Pháp luật Việt Nam

Prepare periodical reports according to the provisions of Vietnamese law

17. Hướng dẫn thực hiện nhiệm vụ của an toàn, vệ sinh

Guideline for performing the duties of safety and hygiene

18. Phụ trách xây dựng Chiến lược EHS phù hợp với chiến lược phát triển của toàn hệ thống bao gồm

nhóm vận hành hoạt động các cơ sở/đơn vị và nhóm dự án xây dựng

In charge of formulating the EHS Strategy in line with the development strategy of the whole system,

including the operation team of the facilities/units and the construction project team

19. Giám sát sự tuân thủ và tính hiệu lực của hệ thống, bao gồm các thủ tục chuẩn bị phản hồi và ứng

phó tình huống khẩn cấp

Monitor system compliance and effectiveness, including emergency response and response

preparedness procedures

20. Tạo lập các tài liệu hướng dẫn, hỗ trợ, khắc phục … có liên quan phù hợp cho các đối tượng có liên

quan đến vận hành bao gồm nhân viên, học sinh/sinh viên, đối tác và khách đến thăm

Create relevant documentation for instructions, support, remedial work, etc., for those involved in

21. Cung cấp tất cả báo cáo liên quan Sức khỏe và An toàn cho Ban Giám Đốc và Cơ quan ban ngành

khi được yêu cầu

Provide all relevant Health and Safety reports to Management and Agencies when required

22. Hướng dẫn cho nhân viên các giải pháp kỹ thuật liên quan về an toàn lao động, vệ sinh lao động, tư

thế làm việc trong lao động và các vấn đề khác liên quan đến công việc

Guide employees on technical solutions related to occupational safety, occupational hygiene,

working posture at work and other work-related issues

23. Hợp tác với bộ phận pháp chế của TCT v/v cập nhật các vấn đề pháp luật có liên quan sức khỏe, an

toàn, phúc lợi và trao đổi với nhân viên được biết

Cooperate with TCT's legal department to update legal issues related to health, safety, welfare and

discuss with known employees

24. Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên

Perform other duties as assigned

1.   Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên các chuyên ngành về an toàn lao động, quản lý an toàn, kỹ thuật hoặc một

số ngành học liên quan khác

University graduate or higher majoring in occupational safety, safety management, engineering or

some other related discipline

2.   Có khả năng thiết lập mục tiêu, hoạch định, tổ chức, kiểm soát; ra quyết định, quản lý con người, quản

lý ngân sách tốt

Capable of setting goals, planning, organizing, controlling; Decision-making, people management,

good budget management

3.   Thành thạo tất cả các ứng dụng Microsoft Office và các phần mềm quản lý sản xuất

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and production management software

4.   Có kinh nghiệm thực tế phụ trách vị trí HSE (Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc, xử lý các tình

huống trong thời gian diễn ra dịch Covid-19)

Have practical experience in charge of HSE position (Preference will be given to candidates with

experience in working and handling situations during the Covid-19 epidemic)

5.   Kiến thức về quản trị nhân sự, hệ thống ISO

Knowledge of Human Management, ISO system

6.   Tiếng Anh tốt, đặc biệt là kỹ năng nói và viết

Well English, especially speaking and writing skills
