Mô Tả Công Việc
- Act as the company liaison for the events production team
- Develop agenda/timeline
- Draft and adhere to event project budget
- Prepare and manage documents to track cost and expenses
- Venue assessments to create floor plans
- Logistics and coordination of technical aspects (lighting, sound, staging)
- Negotiating with vendors
- Vendor contracts and agreements
- Sourcing and management of staff, event crew, and security
- Printing and distribution management
- Post event reporting and evaluation
- Develop new suppliers as well as maintain the good relationship with our existing suppliers.
- He/she should be able to handle key accounts independently
- Interact with clients, understand their needs, work with internal team and take the job through.
- Photography team management
- Manage project to ensure that the project remains within agreed scope, schedule, cost and quality (layout, quotation, deal with suppliers, payment, reports …)
- Ensure best value for Metan in respect to negotiations/contracting with both internal and external partners.
- Promptly resolve project issues and remove associated project delays
- Lead and mentor your team
- Have a solid understanding of Company’s culture, values, vision and mission; giving advices to other employees or customers when needed.
- Have a solid understanding of Company’s business and key customers.
- Have a relative understanding of competitors and industry.
- Other tasks assigned by Directors.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Education, qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Hospitality, Communication, Marketing, etc.)
- Preferably 2-4 years of project management/events production experience for Agency
- Multi-tasker who thrives under pressure
- Extremely organized, with an eye for detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Ability to work events at night and on weekends
- Male is preferred.

- Good English in verbal and written communication
