TRƯỞNG NHÓM SẢN XUẤT (PRODUCTION TEAM LEAD)

Role Purpose:

Lead and guide a production group/line in the cashew processing plant to achieve daily shift targets in terms of output, quality, food safety and labor discipline, while coordinating closely with QA and Maintenance.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage production activities during the shift in charge, ensuring the production plan is achieved.
• Assign personnel on the line, monitor productivity, balance manpower between processes.
• Monitor processes, output, product quality for the assigned group/line.
• Report on production situation, product defects and operational problems in a timely manner.
• Manage and guide workers in the group, give on the job instructions and feedbacks.
• Work closely with QA to control product defects, foreign matter and process deviations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team for timely maintenance and repair of production equipment.
• Supervise machine operation on the line and report abnormalities immediately.

Requirements:

• College/University degree in Engineering, Food Technology, Agriculture or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years experience in a food or agri-processing factory, cashew or nut processing is an advantage
• Understanding of the food production process, including production, packaging, storage.
