Job requirement

1 Proceeding administration work, i.e making proposals/ payment requests/ document filing/ tracing work status and summarize for review

2 Collaborating with division members and other colleagues to control, track, and report the progress of maintenance & procurement related works

3 Organizing and coordinating maintenance and repair related trainings for service team colleagues regularly

4 Document translation and meeting interpretation

5 Making reports for the issues are handling

6 Carrying out other duties assigned by line manager or division head

Job requirement

College Degree (Business Administration or construction management related)

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office/ Google Workspace
